Mumbai, Mar 14: On the eve of his 60th birthday, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan took the nation by surprise by introducing his new partner, Gauri Spratt, to the media. The actor openly spoke about their relationship and future, marking a significant personal milestone.

Aamir and Gauri first crossed paths 25 years ago but lost touch due to their busy lives. However, destiny brought them back together two years ago, and their bond grew stronger. Expressing his emotions, Aamir shared, "I was looking for someone who brings me peace, and there she was."

When asked why he decided to go public, Aamir said, "We are fully committed, and now I don’t have to hide anything. Tomorrow, if I go for a coffee with her, you all can join too."

The PK actor, previously married to Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, has three children from his past marriages. When questioned about marriage plans, he humorously remarked, "At 60, marriage may not suit me. But let’s see."

Gauri Spratt, a Bengaluru-based entrepreneur and mother of a six-year-old, has received a warm welcome from Aamir’s family. Speaking to Deccan Herald, she said, "They met me with open arms. I felt truly welcomed."

Despite being associated with a Bollywood icon, Gauri prefers to keep a low profile. She has been a partner and director at a popular salon since 2007 and holds a degree in fashion, styling, and photography from the University of Arts, London.

Understanding the media scrutiny that comes with his stardom, Aamir has taken steps to ensure her privacy, even arranging private security for her. "It gives me personal peace of mind," he stated.
