Hyderabad, Mar 23: Production house Vyjayanthi Movies honored director Nag Ashwin’s decade-long journey in the film industry with a special tribute video. The clip, shared on social media, features behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, and testimonies from stars like Jr NTR, along with interactions with legendary actors such as Amitabh Bachchan.

Nag Ashwin made his directorial debut with Yevade Subramanyam (2015), a film that has now completed 10 years. To celebrate the milestone, the makers have announced its re-release, reviving nostalgia among fans.

During a press interaction, Ashwin reflected on his cinematic journey, calling it a "learning experience" filled with contentment and opportunities to work with some of the biggest stars in Indian cinema.

Critics believe Ashwin has “written his own script” in the industry. After his debut success, he directed Mahanati, a biopic on legendary actress Savithri, which won Keerthy Suresh the National Award for Best Actress. He also turned producer with Jathi Ratnalu, a budget film that became a super hit. His latest venture, the sci-fi thriller Kalki 2898 AD, emerged as a global blockbuster, cementing his place among the top directors in Indian cinema.
