If you look at the 2nd photo in the article one can see that the tyre is bald. This will lead to skidding especially when the vehicle is travelling at high speed. What are the traffic police doing when such vehicles are driving by? Who did the last fitness check and issued the certificate? Did the RTO inspect the tyres along with the invoice as to when they were installed? RTO officer is also responsible for this accident, and has to be suspended.
