Mangaluru, Mar 27: St Agnes PU College organized a summer camp for the students of St Agnes Kannada Primary School. Sachitha Nandagopal, co-founder of Integrated Learning, inaugurated the two-day summer camp. In her inaugural address, she emphasized the importance of upholding values in life and highlighted the significance of public speaking.
The camp featured diverse sessions organized by the faculty members of St Agnes PU College. That included road safety by Raksha, health and hygiene by Shobha, Water Conservation by Fiona and Raina, yoga and games by Dr Tressie, add confidence-subtract fear by Ancilla, Blessy, and Carol, action songs by Carol and Apoorva, and bird conservation by Apoorva.































As part of the bird conservation session, students prepared bird feeders and installed them at various locations in the campus.
Sr Norine D'Souza, principal of St Agnes PU College, graced the valedictory ceremony as the guest of honour. In her address, Sr Norine emphasized the importance of being open-minded and receptive to new learning experiences. She also took the opportunity to felicitate the winners of the various games.
Sr Jyotsna, headmistress of St Agnes Kannada Primary School, welcomed the gathering. Dr Tressie Menezes, camp coordinator, proposed the vote of thanks and Philomena Menezes primary school teacher, compered the programme.
As the summer sun shone brightly a wave of excitement swept across the participants of the school. The camp provided a perfect blend of fun, learning and personal growth. Thus it proved to be an unforgettable experience for all involved.
