Haridwar, Apr 5: Jaipur Pink Cubs clinched the title in the inaugural Yuva All Stars Championship 2025 with a commanding 35-29 victory over Yuva Yoddhas in the final held at the Vandana Kataria Indoor Stadium in Haridwar on Friday.
The high-octane clash began with Yuva Yoddhas drawing first blood through a successful raid by Shivam Singh. The first half witnessed neck-and-neck action as both teams fought hard, ending in a narrow 16-15 lead for the Yoddhas after they executed an All Out on the Pink Cubs.

However, the momentum shifted in the second half. With scores level at 20-20, Anil’s crucial raid enabled the Pink Cubs to inflict an All Out on the Yoddhas, gaining a decisive four-point edge. Despite efforts from the Yoddhas to stage a comeback, the Jaipur side held firm and maintained their lead till the final whistle.
The Pink Cubs earned 25 raid points and 8 tackle points, while the Yoddhas managed 22 raid points and 5 tackle points. Both sides secured two All Out points each. Interestingly, the final did not see any Super Raids or Super Tackles, despite the intense action.
Anil emerged as the hero for the Pink Cubs with a spectacular performance, securing 18 raid points, including 12 touch points and 6 bonus points. Shivam Singh was the top performer for the Yoddhas with 10 raid points.
Yuva Yoddhas’ Shivam Choudhary was named Star Raider of the Tournament with an impressive tally of 231 raid points over the season. Chandigarh Chargers’ Sandeep Saini bagged the Star Defender of the Tournament honour with 83 tackle points. The prestigious Star Player of the Tournament title went to Deepanshu Khatri of the Jaipur Pink Cubs for his consistent and impactful performances.
The maiden edition of the Yuva All Stars Championship concluded on a high note, setting the stage for future talent to shine on the national kabaddi scene.
