Mumbai, Apr 16: The soulful and vibrant soundtrack of the upcoming crime thriller Raid 2 just got an emotional boost with the release of its second track, ‘Kamle’, unveiled on Wednesday. Sung and composed by the dynamic duo Sachet-Parampara, the song beautifully weaves together elements of love and passion amidst the majestic backdrop of Rajasthan.

Starring Ajay Devgn and Vaani Kapoor, the song captures the evolving chemistry between the lead pair. With lyrics penned by Kausar Munir, ‘Kamle’ blends romantic depth with a fresh, energetic vibe, setting the tone for the upcoming high-stakes drama.

“Creating ‘Kamle’ was an incredible experience,” shared the musical duo Sachet and Parampara. “Right from the start, we sensed it had something truly special. There’s a lively energy and romantic soul that makes it stand out. We’ve experimented with sound to give it a unique flavor, and we’re thrilled to share it with the audience,” they added.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 is the much-anticipated sequel to the 2018 blockbuster Raid. The film features a power-packed ensemble cast, including Riteish Deshmukh, Supriya Pathak, Saurabh Shukla, and Amit Sial.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, and Krishan Kumar, Raid 2 is presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, in association with Panorama Studios. The film is set for a theatrical release on May 1.

Following the footsteps of its predecessor, Raid 2 continues the theme of real-life income tax raids, shedding light on the relentless efforts of officers who collaborate with intelligence agencies to combat white-collar crimes in India.
