Mumbai, Sep 10: Fatima Sana Shaikh, Aneet Padda and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub are set to share screen space in the upcoming series Hunkkaar: The Roar, whose trailer was unveiled on Thursday.
The trailer offers a glimpse into an intense investigation involving a 17-year-old girl, a powerful cult leader and the media attention surrounding the case.
The series follows Meenu Rawat, who accuses revered cult leader 'Baapji' of sexually assaulting her. What initially appears to be a straightforward case soon becomes complicated as the police begin questioning whether Meenu is as innocent as she appears.

As the investigation progresses, Meenu comes under growing scrutiny, while Baapji's influence draws widespread media attention. The trailer explores how continuous media coverage begins shaping public perception and the narrative surrounding both Meenu and the investigation.
The series examines the consequences when a serious allegation is made against a powerful figure and public opinion begins to wield influence comparable to the investigation itself.
