Vijay Bharat Reddy takes charge as Kasargod district police chief

Kasargod, Apr 21: Vijay Bharat Reddy officially assumed charge as the superintendent of police (SP) of Kasargod district on Sunday.

He was welcomed at the district police office by ASP P Balakrishnan Nair.

Reddy, who previously served as the deputy commissioner of police (DCP) in Thiruvananthapuram city, has been appointed to Kasargod following the transfer of former SP D Shilpa to the CBI.

DYSPs C K Sunil Kumar, V V Manoj, Babu Peringoth, and special branch DYSP M Sunil Kumar were present on the occasion.
