Akanksha Sharma unveils fearless warrior look in ‘Kesari Veer: Legends of Somnath’

Mumbai, Apr 26: Akanksha Sharma is all set to make her mark in Bollywood with a powerful role as Rajal, a fearless warrior, in the upcoming period war drama Kesari Veer: Legends of Somnath. The makers unveiled her first look, showcasing Akanksha’s commanding presence as the fierce warrior. Clad in a traditional outfit embroidered with intricate patterns, she exudes raw intensity and courage, with eyes that reflect fire and determination.

The makers captioned the first look poster: “Rajal, jungle ki sherni and a fierce warrior #HarHarMahadev,” teasing the character's formidable strength and leadership. The film is set to hit cinemas worldwide on May 16.

On April 25, the film also revealed the first look of Suniel Shetty as the rugged and fierce warrior Vegda Ji. Dressed in a battle-worn outfit and wielding a bloodied axe, Suniel brings an intense presence to the screen, capturing a high-stakes battle against the backdrop of the Somnath temple in Gujarat.

In addition to Suniel and Akanksha, Sooraj Pancholi portrays Veer Hamirji Gohil, a brave young Rajput prince, while Vivek Oberoi plays the menacing antagonist Zafar. Sooraj, reflecting on working with Suniel, shared his admiration for the actor, calling it a dream come true to have Suniel as both a screen idol and a mentor.

Produced by Kanu Chauhan under the Chauhan Studios banner, Kesari Veer: Legends of Somnath is set to captivate audiences when it releases on May 16.
