Panaji, Apr 28: Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant made a controversial statement, claiming that Pakistan is on the verge of splitting into two countries, with Balochistan emerging as a new nation on the global map. Speaking at a gathering of BJP workers, Sawant also asserted that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi would take "100 per cent" revenge on Pakistan for the recent Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, which killed 26 individuals.

Sawant further emphasized India's secular nature, contrasting it with Pakistan, and pointed out that India's minority community has been thriving and growing over time, unlike in Pakistan. His remarks have stirred political discourse, particularly in light of the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan.
