Arpora, Apr 28: A heart-wrenching incident at a hotel in Arpora on Saturday evening resulted in the tragic drowning death of a five-year-old girl, Sandhya Kumari.
According to the Anjuna Police, the incident occurred between 4:20 pm and 4:50 pm. Initial investigations have revealed a grave oversight by the hotel management, including the Managing Director and staff, who allegedly failed to station a lifeguard at the hotel's swimming pool, leaving it unsupervised at the time of the tragedy.
