Bengaluru, May 16: The results of the II PUC examination–2 were declared on Friday, with 60,692 students passing out of the 1.94 lakh candidates who appeared. This corresponds to a pass percentage of 31.27%.
In the II PUC examination–1, 4.76 lac students had passed. With the addition of students who cleared exam–2, the total number of successful candidates has now risen to 5.36 lac. The combined overall pass percentage stands at 77.96%.
Among the 71,964 students who had chosen to reappear in II PUC exam–2 to improve their scores, 41,719 students achieved higher marks than in the first attempt.

Subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics saw the greatest improvement in scores. The updated marks are expected to help these students secure better ranks in the CET (Common Entrance Test).
Students who have not cleared either exam–1 or exam–2 will have a third opportunity to appear for the exam, scheduled to be held between June 9 and June 20.
No examination fee will be charged for this third attempt.
