In a recent Instagram post, the actor reflected on how martial arts has been more than just physical training — it has been a guiding force in shaping his discipline, mindset, and resilience.
Sharing a striking bare-bodied photo, Gurmeet offered fans a raw and reflective look into his personal evolution, captioning it: “Bare body. Bare soul. Martial arts has been my companion since childhood. Inspired by Bruce Lee's unwavering philosophy of self-mastery, Gurmeet credits his physical and mental strength to the principles of focus, discipline, and perseverance learned through martial arts.

On the professional front, Gurmeet was last seen in the Netflix series “Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein”, a romantic crime thriller that premiered its second season on November 22, 2024. Directed by Sidharth Sengupta and produced by Edgestorm Ventures Pvt. Ltd., the series also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Shweta Tripathi, and Anchal Singh, with powerful supporting performances by Saurabh Shukla, Arunoday Singh, and others.
Gurmeet made his Bollywood debut in 2015 with the psychological thriller “Khamoshiyan”, portraying the mysterious and intense character Jaidev.
