Its so sad to hear young people are getting cardiac arrest and die immediately or on the way to hospital.May his soul rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathies to his family. These persons going to Piligrimage ,I urge them please check yourself completely before you start.Blood test or blood pressure or other tests .Be sure you start healthy.Even kidney can also make problems thatswhy bloodtest is important. Most important is ,I say always ,first when a person feels cardiac problems ,dont rush to bring car to hospital, first make one lie ,and give cardiac massage so that he can breath properly ,feel puls ,give some water to drink ,bring doctor to him .Brain needs oxygen, and heart too ,within three minutes if no oxygen supply is cut off to heartwill not beat anymore.Later can take to doctor if starts breath better.Because you need atleast more than 15minutes to doctor .

How many more young people have to die, before we seriously find out the cause of so many sudden 'young deaths' due to heart-attacks; cardiac arrests; etc. ? Are we serious about this serious matter? Don't you think there is a sudden spurt in these kind of deaths? How many deaths go unreported on a daily basis?
