Uttar Pradesh, Jul 26: Rupal Rana, daughter of a Delhi police assistant sub-inspector, has achieved remarkable success by securing the 26th rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 — a feat accomplished after two unsuccessful attempts.

Raised in Baghpat, Rupal’s academic journey began at JP Public School, where she scored a perfect 10 CGPA in high school. She pursued higher secondary education at BITS Pilani and later graduated in Science from Delhi University’s Deshbandhu College, where she emerged as the university topper.

Rupal lost her mother early in life, but the emotional void was filled with the support of her father, ASI Jasvir Rana, and her siblings. Their encouragement kept her focused during challenging times.

Despite failing twice in the UPSC exam, Rupal did not give up. She restructured her preparation and cleared the exam on her third attempt, achieving her dream of becoming an IAS officer.

Her journey is a powerful reminder that perseverance, family support, and self-belief can turn setbacks into stepping stones to success.
