The inter-ward competition beautifully reflected the spirit of unity, love, and brotherhood among all the wards, making it a truly memorable and meaningful gathering.

At the beginning of the event, Ashton D’Souza, the host from City Varado, explained the rules to the participants and coordinated the entire games with commendable clarity and energy.

The day witnessed enthusiastic participation from 21 wards, featuring inter-ward games, cultural dance performances, and engaging competitions for men, women, and children.

In the evening, during the prize distribution ceremony, Fr Peter congratulated all the participants and emphasised two key values: "Unite parishes with love and teamwork," and :Support and guide the youth as they grow – for this is a training ground for their future." He highlighted that the enthusiastic participation from parishioners reflected the unity and togetherness among the wards and within the entire parish community.

The celebration also marked the birthday of ICYM director, Fr Lawrence Cutinha which is on July 19. The occasion was joyfully commemorated with a cake-cutting ceremony, joined by the guests on the dais.

To recognise the efforts and dedication of those who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, mementos were presented to all individuals who significantly contributed to the successful organisation of this event.
