Ranbir–Katrina Ibiza pics were leaked by insider, not paparazzi: Manav Manglani

Daijiworld Media Network – Mumbai

Mumbai, Sep 5: More than a decade after Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s Ibiza beach pictures created a storm, celebrity paparazzo Manav Manglani has revealed that the photos were not clicked by paparazzi or tourists but leaked by someone close to the actors.

Speaking on Kunickaa Sadanand’s podcast, Manglani said such images eventually surface because stars cannot hide their relationships forever. “Aaj nahi toh kal niklega hi niklega... The last leak was Ranbir and Katrina on that beach. That was a long time ago,” he remarked.

When Kunickaa expressed surprise, Manglani clarified, “That was leaked by someone very close to them...” though he admitted he does not know who exactly was responsible.

Back in 2013, the Ibiza pictures went viral, leading to massive debates on celebrity privacy. Katrina had even written an open letter condemning the invasion of her personal space while acknowledging public curiosity about stars’ private lives.

Manglani also recalled being the first to capture Vicky Kaushal with Katrina Kaif during their dating phase and Aditya Roy Kapur with Ananya Panday at the start of their relationship.

The Ibiza leak remains one of Bollywood’s most controversial moments, reigniting discussions on where the line should be drawn in paparazzi culture.
