Mumbai, Sep 6: Comedian Kiku Sharda has dismissed rumours of a fallout with co-star Krushna Abhishek and clarified that reports of him quitting The Great Indian Kapil Show are untrue.

In a joint Instagram post with Krushna, Kiku shared a comic-style picture with the caption, “Yeh bandhan… kabhi nahi tootega!” He further wrote, “The ‘fight’ was just a prank. Don’t fall for gossip that I’ve left the show. I’ll always be part of this parivaar.”

He also urged fans to focus on the series on Netflix, reminding them that only three episodes remain in the current season.

Kiku has already wrapped up shooting for the show but remains a permanent member of Kapil Sharma’s team. His new project, Rise & Fall, had sparked exit rumours, but sources confirmed he took it up only after completing his commitments.

The Netflix series features Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Archana Puran Singh. Meanwhile, Rise & Fall, hosted by Ashneer Grover, will soon stream on Amazon MX Player.
