Mangaluru, Sep 7: The much-awaited Tulu film ‘Gajanana Cricketers’, India’s first movie on underarm cricket, will have its Gulf premiere on November 22.
The film features a stellar cast including Vineeth Kumar, Anvitha Sagar, Samatha Ameen, Prajwal Shetty, Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bojaraj Vamanjoor, Prakash Thuminad, Deepak Rai, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty Manibettu, Umesh Mijar, Walter Nandalike, and Sachin Mada.
Produced under the banner of Prajwal Films by Prajwal Shetty, the movie also has Rohan Vamanjoor and Santosh Lad as co-producers. Keerthan Bhandari has directed the film, with dialogues penned by Prasanna Shetty Bailur. Vinuth K Suvarna is the director of photography, Srujan Kumar has composed the music, while Sujay Shivaram and Kaushik Bhandary have handled the editing.
‘Gajanana Cricketers’, a cinematic tribute to the spirit of underarm cricket, is set for theatrical release in January 2026.
