Beltangady: Devotees Attend Worship of Monolithic Statue of Bhagwan Bahubali

Beltangady, Feb 8: The feet of the monolithic statue of Bhagwan Bahubali at Dharmasthala was worshiped by pouring 216 vessels of holy water mixed with turmeric and milk out of 216 vessels here on Tuesday February 7.

A colourful procession carrying the 216 vessels was held at Dharmasthala on Tuesday morning.
Swami Lalitakirti Bhattaraka of Jain Mutt, Karkala, and Swami Laxmisena Bhattaraka of Jain Mutt, Narasimharajapur, delivered the religious preaching on the occasion.

Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Dharmadikari Dr Veerendra Heggade and family as well as hundreds of devotees were present on the occasion.
