Chennai, Oct 20: Actor Vishal marked this Deepavali by celebrating with children and their families, sharing moments of joy that, he said, embody the true spirit of the festival. In a heartfelt post on social media, he shared a video capturing the celebrations and wrote that real happiness lies in spreading love and smiles. He expressed gratitude for the energy and innocence of the children he met, stating that no number of lights or fireworks could match the warmth their joy brought him.

Recalling a difficult chapter in his life, Vishal revealed that there was once a time when his family couldn't afford to celebrate Deepavali. That experience, he said, led him to make a personal vow never to face such a situation again. He noted that moments like these — spent with children — reaffirm what the festival is truly about: sharing, caring, and lighting up lives around us. He ended his message by wishing everyone a Diwali filled with happiness, health, and hope, urging people to brighten the season for others.

On the professional front, Vishal is currently filming Magudam, which also stars actresses Dushara Vijayan and Anjali. Dushara has completed her portions, and the film recently moved into its final schedule in Chennai, after wrapping earlier segments in Ooty. Magudam is Vishal’s 35th film and is produced by R. B. Choudhary under the Super Good Films banner. Notably, this marks the production house's 99th project — a significant milestone for a studio known for introducing fresh talent and delivering numerous hits to Tamil cinema.
