Kundapur, Oct 25: A man in Kundapur has lodged a complaint with the city police after falling victim to a Rs 12 lac scam in the name of cement supply.

According to the complaint, U. Satish Kumar Shetty from Uppunda, an accountant at Nagu Skyr Pvt.
