Jammu, Feb 17 (IANS): A Jammu and Kashmir schoolboy accused of sending an email claiming responsibility for the Sep 7, 2011 blast outside the Delhi High Court was released by a juvenile justice board to appear in his annual Class 11 exam, sources said Thursday.

According to sources close to the family of the boy studying in Kishtwar town, about 200 km from Jammu, he was released after filling a surety bond before the Juvenile Justice Board.

The boy's exams would be held between Feb 27 and March 2.

The minor was detained in September last year for allegedly sending the email claiming responsibility for Delhi blast in which 12 people were killed and many more injured.

The sources said the National Investigation Agency (NIA) did not object to the plea moved by the boy and said "the accused cooperates well with the security agencies".

Meanwhile, an NIA team has reached Kishtwar in connection with the ongoing probe into the case.

Sources said during the day-long investigations, the NIA scrutinised the school records of Amir Abbas Dev and Wasim Akram Malik the other two arrested accused from Kishtwar. They two are lodged in a jail.
