This is flaw in constructing unplanned unscientific highways and traffic rules. Is there no barrier in between two opposite directions of vehicle movement. Definitely speed of that car was way above specified speed limit which lost control, jumped lanes and hit auto rickshaw which was going in the opposite direction. Speeding cameras in the highway is the only solution with high fines to control this mishap. These cameras will give full details of the car, speed, time and the photograph as proof and could be sent directly to the owners of drivers to file case.

Shortage of speeding cameras on roads, junctions and by lanes and including heavy traffic fines can reduce such incidents
