US to retaliate after three American troops killed in Syria

Washington, Dec 14: President Donald Trump on Sunday said the United States will retaliate following the killing of three US service personnel in Syria, asserting that those responsible for the attack will be held accountable.

Condemning the incident, Trump said the loss of American lives would not go unanswered and that appropriate action would be taken to safeguard US interests and personnel deployed in the region.
