Inter-ward carol singing competition held at Holy Family Church, Omzoor

Mangaluru, Dec 14: On the joyous occasion of Christmas, the choir group of Holy Family Church, Omzoor, organised an inter-ward carol singing competition on Suday, December 14 at the Holy Family Sabha Bhavan.

All 18 wards of the parish participated enthusiastically, making the programme a vibrant expression of unity, faith, and festive joy.

The event began with a stage programme in which the parish priest, Fr William Menezes, addressed the gathering. He expressed his happiness on witnessing the active participation of ward members and appreciated the unity and enthusiasm shown by all.

Each ward presented melodious carols, spreading the true spirit of Christmas. As a gesture of encouragement and appreciation, consolation prizes were awarded to all the participating wards.

The programme concluded with a closing address by Fr Victor, who appreciated the energetic performances and congratulated all the wards for their joyful participation. He expressed his happiness over the strong involvement of the parishioners.

The inter-ward carol singing competition was a grand success, with all the wards of Holy Family Church, Omzoor, participating with great zeal and festive spirit.
