Udupi social activist M Iqbal Manna conferred Saheban UAE 2026 Award

Dubai, Jan 11: Udupi-based social activist M Iqbal Manna of Brahmagiri was conferred the Saheban UAE 2026 Award at the Saheban Meet programme held in Dubai.

The award, instituted by Saheban UAE, an organisation of Urdu/Hindi-speaking members of the Muslim community in the UAE, was presented in recognition of his social service.

Prominent UAE-based professionals Afroz Assadi and K S Nissar Ahmed, along with K S Imthiyaz Ahmed Karkala, Mateen Ahmad, Yaseen Malpe of Udupi, Altaf M S, Sameellah Gangolli, Ajmal, Mumtaz Hussain and Althaf Khalife were present on the occasion.
