Pune: Bhandary Seva Samiti Organizes Annual Get Together

Pune, Feb 25: The annual get-together of Bhandary Seva Samiti Mumbai and Pune was held at Cabinet Systems and Controls auditorium, on Wednesday February 22.  Bhandary Seva Samiti Mumbai president Balakrishna P Bhandary presided over the programme.

The members of Bhandary Seva Samiti women’s wing inaugurated the annual get-together on Wednesday morning.

Bhandary Seva Samiti Mumbai honorary chief secretary lawyer R M Bhandary, Balakrishna Puttur Pune, and P C Shekar Pune were present on the dais.

Speaking on the occasion, Balakrishna P Bhandary said that there lies a need to build Bhandary Sabha Bhavan in Mumbai in order to help the community to excel in studies, a venue for interaction, and to organize religious programmes.  “It would unite the community in contributing its mite for social welfare,” said Balakrishna P Bhandary.

Bhandary Seva Samiti Mumbai vice-presidents lawyer Shekar Bhandary and Vijayanand Bhandary, joint secretaries Vijay Bhandary and Prashant Bhandary, treasurer Ramesh Bhandary, joint treasurer Prabhakar Bhandary, women’s wing secretary Vanita S Bhandary, treasurer Sarita Bangera, Pune entrepreneur Vasudev Suvarna and community members supported the decision to construct Bhandary Sabha Bhavan at the earliest.

Homage was paid to the recently demised Karnataka state minister Dr V S Acharya during the programme.

Lawyer R M Bhandary compered the programme and Balakrishna Kanjurmarg proposed the vote of thanks.
