Mumbai: Ghatkopar Committee of Billawar Association Celebrates Decennial Jubilee

Mumbai, Feb 27: The Ghatkopar local committee of Billawar Association organized decennial celebrations at Jangleshwar Mahadev temple auditorium, Ghatkopar (West), on Sunday February 26.

Billawar Association president Jaya C Suvarna presided over the programme.

Swami Suvarna Baba of Rundamalini Temple, Powai, inaugurated the programme.

Sai Care Logistics Limited chairman Surendra A Poojary was the chief guest.

Astrologer and temple celebrant Sadashiv Shanti, Nagaraj Padukone, and Innanje Chandrahas Guruswamy were the guests of honour on the occasion.

Billavar Association honorary chief secretary Jyoti K Suvarna, women’s wing president Jayanti V Ullal, Ghatkopar local committee president D K Poojary, vice-presidents T N Tailor and V T Anchan, honorary secretary Sumati M Suvarna, honorary treasurer Ganesh H Salian, joint secretary K K Poojary, joint treasurer Ashok Poojary, and Tonse Sanjeev Poojary were present at the dais.

Tulu play ‘Battpole’ by playwright Narayan Shetty Nandalike was staged by artistes of Nirekare Kalavidaru.
