Two absconding accused in Calangute murder case arrested from Chhattisgarh

Goa, Apr 18: The Goa Police have arrested two absconding accused in connection with the murder of Rajbhar Ramdasbhai, which took place on March 28 in Calangute.

The accused, identified as Aditya Prasad and Bhavesh Sahu, were traced and taken into custody from Chhattisgarh after evading arrest for several days following the incident.

Police said the duo had been on the run since the alleged murder and were tracked down through coordinated efforts across state borders.

Further investigation into the case is underway.
