Mumbai, Jul 9: Ajay Devgn-starrer Dhamaal 4 is expected to open with a decent box office collection this weekend as advance bookings picked up ahead of its theatrical release.
Advance ticket sales began on Wednesday, with the film reportedly selling around 8,000 tickets for its opening day across the national multiplex chains PVR Inox and Cinepolis by Wednesday night.

Trade analysts expect the film to record around 30,000 advance ticket sales in the three major multiplex chains if bookings witness a strong surge before release. However, the advance booking numbers are considered modest for a franchise of Dhamaal's scale and star cast.
According to trade estimates, Dhamaal 4 is likely to collect between Rs 12 crore and Rs 16 crore nett at the domestic box office on its opening day.
Industry observers believe the film's long-term performance will largely depend on audience response and word-of-mouth after its release.
The comedy entertainer is also expected to face competition from films already running in theatres, including Welcome To The Jungle, Alpha and Main Vaapas Aaunga. Trade experts say its performance over the opening weekend will be crucial in determining its box office prospects.
