Udupi, Aug 28: In a remarkable achievement, Adan Klion, a PUC Commerce student of MGM Pre-University College, Udupi, has been selected to represent the district at the State-Level Lawn Tennis Championship to be held in Chikkodi.

The selection came following his impressive performance at the district-level lawn tennis championship, organised under the auspices of the Department of Education and hosted by Tenkanidiyoor Government Pre-University College.

This marks the first time that a student from MGM Pre-University College, Udupi, has qualified for the state-level Lawn Tennis competition, making the achievement particularly significant for the institution.

College principal Malathi Devi expressed her happiness and congratulated Adan Klion on his outstanding achievement. She wished him success at the state-level championship and expressed confidence that he would put up an excellent performance and bring laurels to the college.

The college management, faculty and students also extended their best wishes to Adan for his upcoming state-level competition.
