Kochi, Sep 16: Malayalam actress and popular YouTuber Ahaana Krishna, 30, has married cinematographer Nimish Ravi, 31, in an intimate traditional ceremony held on September 13.

Ahaana shared the first pictures from the wedding on social media, showing the couple dressed in traditional attire. She also reflected on their decade-long relationship, describing Nimish as her best friend, partner and soulmate.

Nimish also shared photographs from the ceremony and confirmed the wedding date, writing that his best friend had now become his wife.

The wedding drew congratulatory messages from several members of the Malayalam film industry, including actresses Manju Warrier and Malavika Mohanan. Fans also flooded the couple's social media posts with wishes for their married life.

Ahaana and Nimish had largely kept their relationship private despite knowing each other for nearly a decade. Unlike Ahaana's younger sister Diya Krishna, who has publicly documented several milestones of her relationship, the couple maintained a low profile and rarely shared details about their personal lives.

Their wedding announcement therefore came as a surprise to many fans, who welcomed the first glimpses of the intimate ceremony.

Ahaana is known for her roles in films including Luca, Njandukalude Naattil Oridavela, Pathinettam Padi, Paachuvum Albhuthavilakkum, Adi, Nancy Rani and Lokah Chapter One: Chandra.
