Mangaluru, Sep 23: "High-level training is essential to fully harness rapidly advancing technology, which in turn enables us to deliver superior products and services," said Nilesh Shah, head of national service at Hyundai.

He was speaking after inaugurating the Hyundai Technical Training Academy (HTTA) at Advaith Hyundai in the Baikampady industrial area on September 23.

Addressing the gathering, Shah noted that technology is evolving rapidly across the globe, with the automotive sector continually integrating cutting-edge features. "Today's customers are well-informed about modern technology and expect innovative, tech-driven services. The challenge to meet these high expectations rests on the shoulders of our technicians and employees. Therefore, excellent training and skill development are crucial. Hyundai gives utmost priority to this, which is why we have launched the company's 16th training academy in the country at Baikampady," he explained.

Ahm, function advisor of national service, also addressed the audience, emphasizing that the company prioritizes quality, training, and service, and is growing consistently backed by strong customer support.

Sharing details about the new facility, Advaith Hyundai service director Shivaram Krishna said, "In addition to the training centre, the facility includes a hostel with accommodation for 52 people, a kitchen, a playground, a yoga zone, and a jogging track. The academy will provide comprehensive 90-day training programmes."

Advaith Hyundai managing director S V S Subramanya Gupta, zonal business head (South) Krupashankar, zonal business advisor (South) J S Park, zonal parts and service head Thanashankar S, regional sales head Dheeraj Khatri, service training domain head Badrinath, regional parts and service head Romis Luke, service training senior manager Satish, and territory parts and service manager Lancy Rebello were present on the occasion.
