Udupi: Retired Armyman Ramachandra Naik Dies

Udupi, Jul 1: Retired army man Ramachandra Naik (68) of Varamballi, Indiranagar, breathed died early morning on Saturday June 30, due to a heart attack.

He was born on February 5, 1946 and served for 20 years in the army.

Naik served in places like Ladakh, Jammu-Kashmir, Mumbai, Chennai, and Chattisghar.
He is the owner of Ullas Variety Store, Brahmavar. He had also served as a treasurer of Udupi district Chapteghar Saraswath Sangh and other local associations.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter.
