Kasargod: Ganja Dealer Caught, 55 Packets Seized

Kasargod, Aug 26: At the premises of a general hospital 55 packets of ganja were seized by the police on Friday August 24.

The culprit has been arrested and has been identified as Salim (42) from Theruvath, Kasargod.

Kasargod excise squad led by M J Joseph and team carried out this operation.

The accused has admitted to the crime and has also confessed to selling approximately 300 packets of ganja on a daily basis.

K P Mukundan, K Unnikrishnan, and K P Hanji were the police inspectors involved during the investigations.

    These dealers to be tracked & Jailed with non bailable warrent.Its very bad to see our youngsters spoiling their active life through this, which I felt personally when I had been for vacation last month on belthangady,ujire surroundings most of college students are addicted for ganja they spend nearly half day in smoking.

    Ganja dealers were caught many times and our police fail to reach the growers..!!!??? I am sure only big political leaders are doing this cultivation...!!!! If it was done by a poor farmer, then it would have been caught so far..!!!???
