Los Angeles, Aug 27 (IANS): Actress Halle Berry is hoping to move to her fiance Olivier Martinez's native Paris to expand her daughter Nahla's cultural education as well as keep her safe from the paparazzi.

She is fighting ex-husband Gabriel Aubry over plans to move to Europe after series of incidences with photographers outside their daughter's school.

"In Europe, there's a way that we can travel around more easy. We can go to Rome for the weekend, we can go to Capri, we can go to Prague, we can go to Corsica. There's so many things. We can go to Barcelona all in a weekend," starpulse.com quoted her as saying.

"The opportunities my daughter would have to grow and to learn and to be a citizen of the world will multiply. And we can always come to New York and come to Los Angeles just as easily too," the 46-year-old actress said.

"So, I think in the long run, while my motivation is to protect her. I think it will really enrich her life and really affect who she'll become in life," she said.
