Los Angeles, Aug 29 (IANS): Singer Ronan Keating does not want to spread sadness and heartache anymore and thus refused to take inspiration from his broken marriage for his upcoming album "Fires".
The 35-year-old singer's 14-year marriage with model Yvonne Connolly came to an end after Keating was found cheating her with a dancer.
However, Keating said he does not wish to spread sadness through his music, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I haven't written songs about anyone. I've hurt enough people," he said.
Keating said he is in a calm state of mind right now.
"I've caused enough trouble and heartache. I don't want to do that on this record. I want calmness. That's where I am," he said.
"Fires" is the singer's fifth studio album and is slated to release Sep 3.
