Czech Team Nominated for Davis Cup Semifinal

Prague, Sep 5 (IANS): Czech tennis team captain Jaroslav Navratil has nominated the team for Davis Cup semifinal against Argentina to be played in Buenos Aires from Sep 14-16.

The list includes Tomas Berdych, Radek Stepanek, Lukas Rosol and Ivo Minar, reports Xinhua.

The Czech team advanced to the semifinal after beating Italy and Serbia with the same scores of 4-1.

In 2009, the Czech team beat Argentina in Ostrava, Czech Republic, en route to the semifinal.
