Los Angeles, Nov 28 (IANS): Filmmaker Peter Jackson is trying to wrap up editing of forthcoming movie "The Hobbit: A unexpected Journey" before its world premiere Nov 28.
Jackson, 51, finished shooting of movie in July within 266 days of its start and in his video blog he has mentioned about the entire team working very hard to meet the deadline.
In a clip posted Nov 24, Jackson says: "It's due to be completed literally two days before the premiere... hopefully...You're gonna see a lot of sleep-deprived people in this blog. Everyone's working around the clock to get the film finished."
"The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" is based on J.R.R. Tolkien's classic novel and stars Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins.
It is set to hit theatres Dec 12 and will be followed by "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" in December, 2013, and "The Hobbit: There and Back Again" in July 2014.
