Mangalore, Dec 8: The 69th annual general meeting of Konkani Natak Sabha was recently held at Don Bosco Hall, here.

The general secretary Sunil Menezes read out the 68th annual general meeting report and annual report of the year 2011-12.

The treasurer Dolphy Saldanha presented the audited accounts as on 31st March 2012 and read out the auditor’s report. President Fr Cyprian D’Souza welcomed. General Secretary Sunil Menezes proposed the vote of thanks.

As per the byelaw of the Konkani Natak Sabha, the newly elected managing committee members meeting was held on December 4 at Don Bosco Hall to elect the new office bearers for the year 2012-14.

Sunil Menezes was unanimously re-elected as the general secretary of the Sabha for the consecutive third term.

The other office bearers elected for the next two years term are: Dolphy Saldanha-vice president, Lynette P Kamath-joint secretary and Prem Lobo-treasurer.

Adolphus Cutinha, Raymond D’Cunha, and Martin D’Souza were elected as co-opted members for the managing committee.

President Fr Cyprian D’Souza welcomed and conducted the elections. All the managing committee members participated in the election of the office bearers.

The charge was taken over by the newly elected office bearers.
