Mumbai, Jan 21: Kannada Sangha, Santacruz held its annual Haladi Kumkum programme at Kalina Bhakta hall in Mother Theresa Colony, Santacruz (east) on Friday January 18.
Association president LV Amin inaugurated the programme by lighting the auspicious lamp.
Asha S Shetty, president of women’s wing, Bombay Bunts association, Shakuntala Kotian, president of Billawa association Mumbai women’s wing, Sudha L Amin, Mallika Sadananda Sapaliga, programme sponsor were the guests of honour.
Various programmes were organized on the occasion.
Prema R Kotian, president of cultural committee welcomed the gathering; Sujatha R Shetty, honorary secretary compered; Sharada S Poojary delivered the vote of thanks.
B D Suvarna, Shivaram Kotian, Laxmi Kotian, Mahesh Karkal, Babi Kukkyan, Suma M Poojary, Usha Suvarna among others were present.
