Los Angeles, Jan 26 (IANS): Supermodel Naomi Campbell says she prefers to maintain a low profile when she is not in her glamorous avatar on the fashion ramp.
The 42-year-old feels people don't know her real self.
"If people think they know me, they can think again. Most people think they know me because they say, 'We've seen your pictures here and there for years', but when I'm not working or anything, I try to live a private, quiet life," Life and Style magazine quoted Campbell as saying.
As of now, she is quite content - especially after she gave up drinking alcohol.
"I gave up drinking alcohol. Not drinking makes me a lot happier," she said.
