Mumbai: Chembur Karnataka Sangh holds Bhoomi Pooja for edu projects

Mumbai, Apr 12: The Bhoomi Puja was laid for the construction of mega educational institutional projects of Chembur Karnataka Sangh at the suburban Chembur, here on Thursday April 11.

Chembur Karnataka Sangh president Prabhakar V Bolar laid the foundation stone for the mega project during a simple function held at their high school located at Ghatla Village, Chembur here on Thursday morning. Director of Charishma Group of Companies Mithul Sudhir Shetty was the chief guest for the occasion.



   

  

 

            


 
 
Vidwan Vishnumurti Bhat performed Vedic celebrations in the presence of governing council members Jaya N. Shetty and Jayanti Jaya Shetty couple. Vishnumurti Bhat offered the prasadams to the people at the occasion.
 
Chembur Karnataka Sangh vice president advocate HK Sudhakr, joint secretary TR Shetty, honorary treasurer Devdas K Shettigar, joint treasurer Sundar N Kotian, governing council  members Gunakar H Hegde, Yogesh V Gujaran, Rama Poojary, Jaya M Shetty, Madukar G. Bailoor, Mohan S Kanchan, Raju B Sanil, Ashok Salian, Sanjeev Shetty and Sudhakar Anchan were present.
 
The architect B K Mathre, advocate B Mohideen Mundkoor, professor D Kundar, R K Palan, Higher Primary School head teacher Raji Ramesh, Primary School head teacher Sujaya Anchan, pre-university college principal PS Jayalaxmi and others were also present.
 
President, Prabhakar Bolar welcomed the gathering.  The governing council member Kallige Dayasagar Chowta compered the programme.  The honorary chief secretary Vishwanat S Shenava proposed the vote of thanks.
