Mangalore, May 12: Travel Trendz, new office -catering to the travelling needs of people, was inaugurated here on Sunday May 12 at the Divya Deepa Arcade, Bendorewell by the newly elected MLA of Mangalore south constituency J R Lobo.

Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, parish priest, Valencia Church blessed the premises. He prayed for Almighty's blessings on the new business, its owners and the staff.

Basti Vaman Shenoy, president, Konkani Language and Cultural Foundation, Eulalia D'Souza, proprietor, Lia Travels and Naveen D'Souza, Corporator, Mangalore city corporation were the guests of honour during the occasion. They lighted the lamp together with Aveline Dantis and Grace D'Almeida, family members of Walter Dantis, managing director of Travel Trendz. Eulalia D'Souza inaugurated the software by working on the PC.

Basti Vaman Shenoy wished the new venture all the success and hoped that it will give employment to the youth. Naveen D'Souza, congratulated Walter Dantis on this happy occasion and thanked him for this venture as it belongs to his ward. Eulalia D'Souza said that is a challenge to venture into a business like travel industry and hoped Walter will work to the satisfaction of his customers.
