Elizabeth Hurley condemns musical on Shane Warne

London, Jun 16 (IANS): Actress Elizabeth Hurley is fuming over an updated version of stage musical based on the life of her fiance Shane Warne. She is certain that the musical will be a painful experience for his children.

The former Australian cricketer is the focus of comedy stage show "Shane Warne The Musical", which initially premiered in 2008. It has now been rewritten. The updated version includes Warne’s retirement from cricket and his relationship with Hurley, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Warne has three children - Brooke, Summer and Jackson with his ex-wife Simone Callahan.

“Bedazzled" actress Hurley expressed her anger on Twitter, posting: "Mystified how supposedly decent actors can make a 'fun' musical about (Shane Warne) with subject matters guaranteed to make his three kids cry.”
