Mumbai, Jun 25: Kala Jagattu, Mumbai during its annual celebration held recently at Bunt Bhavan conferred prominent poet Anitha Poojary Taccode with Kemmannu late Gopal Krishna Rao memorial award.

The programme was presided by Bunt Sangh, Mumbai president Shankar B Shetty. The award was conferred on Anitha Taccode with the presence of Karnataka Rajyotsava award winner Thonse Vijay Kumar Shetty, Ikala Harish Shetty, vice president of Jagatika Bunt Sangh, Sarvottam Shetty, president of Bunt Sangh, Abudhabi, Jayaram N Shetty, B Vivek Shetty, Suresh Shetty Bellary, Ratnakar Shetty Mundkur, Praveen B Shetty, Indralli Diwakar Shetty and Latha P Shetty.

On the occasion, working president Surendra Kumar Heggade, convener Prabhakar Shetty and Prakash Shetty, vice president Laxman G Kanchan and Jagadish Rao, honorary secretary Krishnaraj Shetty, Chandravathi Devadiga, treasurer Raghuveer Bhat, Kishore Shetty, joint secretary N Prithviraj, joint treasurer Ashok Shetty among others were present.
