London, Jul 24 (IANS): Actress-model Helen Flanagan was on all fours after she took a tumble in her heels.

The 22-year-old lost her footing as she left a restaurant. Flanagan landed on her hands and embarrassed by the mishap, she smiled sheepishly, reports thesun.co.uk.

She was wearing a hot pink dress with a matching handbag when the accident happened.
