Their judicial custody was extended till August 12.

The accused Yogish, Hariprasad, and Anand were brought from Shimoga jail where they had been lodged. They have again been sent to the same jail till August 12.

Our judiciary should act fast. Why do we have fast track courts ? why the custody of these criminals should be extended everytime. There is a proof these 3 criminals have committed the crime, why the delay in giving them the punishent. Where is the Karnataka Home minister who promised quick punishment for these ciminals. Same thing is happenig in the case of Nirbaya, they are simply extending the hearing, these delays encourage others to commit more crimes.

Why the police close their face, instead remove it and let the public know who are they. They need to be grilled properly in the jail as initial punishment to the crime.Hope the police department look adter them as criminals and not as guests to the jail.Thanq.

All under trial accused have a right to cover their faces. It’s a human right violation under law if they are denied of this right. We must try to eliminate crime in our society and not the criminal. The accused must be given a fair chance for reformation and rehabilitation as per article 72. There is a long way to go law must take its own course.

Even if you were the accused I would have supported you without any second thought. The reason is i wish to see a transformed crimeless society not a evil society which encourages more crime. You can groom good values in people through reformation & awareness but you can't cultivate good values in society by inforcement of law.

Authorities may extend their jail stay until their lifetime because India is known for delivering delayed verdicts. "Innocent until proven guilty" may be the reason for covering thier very innocent humble faces. Justice delayed is justice denied and this holds good for our Bharath Maha'an.

Why their faces have to be covered now after being shown earlier. We need to see their facial expression whether they have accepted their guilt.
Why their judicial custody is extended again & again, they deserve to be punished as stated earlier thru fast track court case. Please do not drag this case on & on. Set an example for others before it is too late as there were similar cases. We do not need bandh or other means for this issues.

Culprits are happy that getting free food and shelter and media attention.

Extended delay in the final verdict means additional security arrangements and other costs on the government exchequer.

Wish there would be a fast and final verdict ASAP.

In the above photographs their body language shows that they are enjoying jail life. May be our Police helping them to lead a nice and enjoyable life in jail. Who knows? May be they think that the girl is from Kerala not from Mangalore.
