Mumbai, Jan 28: The Annual Day and Thanksgiving Mass of the St Mary's Brahmavareans Orthodox Association and Congregation was held recently at St Mary's Brahmavareans Orthodox Association hall at Chakala near Andheri (E).
Bishop Yakoob Mar Irenius of Madras Capital Province of Madras offered the Eucharistic Celebration in Konkani along with Bishop Geevargese Mar Kurilas, vicar general G M Skaria Rambachen, Fr Lawrence D'Souza of Brahmavar and N S Vargese Acchan.
A felicitation and family gathering was held after the mass. Bishop Yakoob Mar Irenius of Madras Capital Province of Madras presided over the function.
Association president Milton D'Silva welcomed the gathering and honorary secretary Norbert L Fernandes delivered the introductory note and compered the entire programme. Secretary Lawrence Suares proposed the vote of thanks.
